Sam found yoga and acupuncture at the exact same time - the yoga studio she began her practice in also hosted an acupuncturist, Erin Kumpf, and her transformation bloomed. Sam saw the immense benefits of both practices, and has been a student of yoga and patient of acupuncture ever since. Sam's 200 hour teacher training was completed at Pure Yoga in 2016, and in 2017 she completed a Yin Yoga training with Karen Mandell and Restorative Yoga training with Jillian Pransky - additionally Sam has also been working at Erin Kumpf Acupuncture & Herbs since 2017. Working closely with yoga students as well as being involved in an acupuncture clinic has helped Sam to learn the ancient wisdom that these practices hold. Her intention is to deeply share this magic with others as a tool for reflection, balance, and release.
Sam is addicted to the MOL Movement Mondays and she is incredibly excited to share her passion for these practices and sacred knowledge with all of you!
