Kieran will guide us through a 60 min movement class incorporating accessible yoga shapes & encouraging an energetic connection between the breath and body.

Meet Kieran!
Kieran is a movement instructor & wellness enthusiast teaching yoga since 2020. With a foundation in Vinyasa yoga, Kieran creates playful sequences to invoke a deep connection to the breath and enhance openness in the physical body. Her primary purpose is creating a secure and serene space to allow for participants' optimal healing. Her local yoga home is Asana Soul Practice in Hoboken where she regularly teaches early morning classes.
Fun fact: Meghan led Kieran’s 200hr Yoga Training & has been a huge inspiration to her style and approach!
